About Lucy + Mad River Birth and Wellness

Perinatal and Holistic Health Expert

Over the past 16 years, I've cared for thousands of families—from large New York City hospitals to attending water births in Vermont.  As a Yale-trained, hospital-based midwife and clinical instructor for resident physicians, I am well-versed in modern obstetrics. I pair my medical background with a deep passion for holistic health. My philosophy of care is one of balance.

The personalized guidance that I give to my virtual clients, as well as share with the global publications listed above, amalgamates my roles as hospital midwife and holistic health coach. And continually shaping my perspective, is my own experience as a mother!
